Mission Phase 3 Introduction
Welcome to Mission Phase 3! In Mission Phase 3 the Planet Team will address the Big History question: ‘What makes a planet liveable?’ They will explain how Earth began as a fiery, toxic planet which cooled and changed over time until it experienced the ‘just right’ conditions for life to begin and flourish.
This Big History knowledge of Earth will help you complete your second mission control report. In Mission Control Report B, you will compare and contrast the conditions on Earth to the conditions on Mars by completing a Venn diagram. This will help you prepare for the mission challenge of re-creating the conditions for human life on the planet Mars.
